Hello Jeff and THANKS for sharing that well-done video and your tips and techniques.

What section of the Indian River were you fishing? I am NOT asking for sweet spots or GPS # but just a general area....
I have been down to the Mosquito Lagoon Area several times and camped on the spoil islands just south of New Smyrna Beach and north of Canaveral National Seashore many times since 2006!!
We have camped on those primitive islands (no water, electricity, or toilet facilities)...so it is "roughing it".

Thanks for sharing you video and info and it brought back many good memories!!

Stan Blum memorial boat ramp. Coon island the flats and the boat channel. 3.5 feet of water. Suspend mullet bomber with circle hooks. Watch the rod twitch in video. In hind sight I should have used two bombers. The reds were trying to get the bait out of the fish I was reeling in. I could have caught two at a time. Lady fish were same place followed the disturbed water. With the Native pedal I can maneuver easily. Tons of bait fish on the flats. All outgoing tides. Very clear water.

The snook were across from Leighton Park boat ramp. In a shallow canal. DOA shrimp tipped with a small piece of fish bites. Water there was dark muddy.

Jeff....Thanks for sharing you locations, spots, and fishing methods!!

I appreciate you providing your areas and "sweet spots" and will check them out on maps.
I really enjoy the "camp on an island" even tho it is quite primitive, and hard to camp on an island with NO A/C or even fans!! LOL!!
