Went out of there this morning, tide was coming in. Easy to drop it in but the ground was covered in mud so little slippery. Bait shop said open at 6am but I was there from 5:45am and ended up having to go downtown after waiting till 7am.

On cold windy mornings, Don has been known to show up late You said the ground was covered with mud.... you talking about the concrete ramp? He will try to keep it hosed down as the tidal currents want to bring mud in on the ramp.

Yes the concrete ramp. It was fool of mud but understandably with such high tides we have been having. asy to get down and by the time I got back the tide was high enough that I just rolled right up. Will hit his place up again, used to get bait at his old store by the movie theater. I had a friend come with me this morning that had to be at an appointment, wanted to get in as much fishing as I could.
