Good afternoon. Its been quite some time since I have posted. We sold our boat a while back and have been kayak and paddleboard fishing some. Mostly in the river near trout and six mile creeks. I was thinking about fishing the creeks off the icw in St. Augustine.
Looking for some advice on launch spots. Is the ramp at the end of boating club road ok for kayak launch? Any parking there? Or the ramp at mikes place?
Gonna give it a try this weekend or Friday and will post a report.
Thank you for your time,
Paul

Cant go wrong fishing in Salt run. Just launch at the ramp near the lighthouse in St Augustine. Always fish around there and plenty of sightseeing as well...

Thanks for the reply Craig. I have launched inside the park on salt run to just paddle around. but did not think about the lighthouse. I will give that a try. Probably pretty busy on the weekends?

There is a separate kayak launch at the light house so even if boat launching is heavy, you can get in and out OK
