Good place to launch

Where is a good place to launch and explore for beginners saltwater kayaker? Looking to go out next week and need a recommendation on a place to launch for the first time.

Not the beach and not the main river. Guana dam lake side or Mill Cove (if not windy). If you launch somewhere with tide like Simpsons creek, just be sure to ride the tide change. Fighting current is no fun. Also wat bout for places that may be dry on low tide.

The cove at Huguenot Park might be a good spot. Not the river side, though....

It's good when the salinity of the water is good. Have caught flounder, reds and trout there.
