I heard that as well. We have one here in Valdosta. Will have to keep an eye out to see if it closes or if they have some great clearance deals.

I found the article interesting saying they had a difficult time taking advantage of the recent boom in gun sales. Well when your gun prices are higher than every other retailer, even the small lgs and your ammo prices are high unless on sale, then it's not to difficult to understand why. I feel bad for those that will loose their jobs, perhaps some will be turned into Bass Pro shops.

I just saw where Bass Pro was opening their Daytona store on Feb 16th. When you look at the website the one slated for Saint Augustine has been removed from the website. I guess all these outdoor stores are still fighting for a declining amount of sportsmen.
