That has a lot of features that are very aspired for. Especially the seat. The stability looks excellent too. I wonder the price point.

Just a guess...but Academy will likely have these around $500-600 but will have some features that are not available...like the front hatch. Just a guess.

Man, that's got to be one of the best value kayaks at that price range. If you aren't going for a pedal kayak this one deserves a strong look. I think having that seat would be worth it alone. Pelican really did their homework on this boat and stepped their game up. Just my $0.02

They also kept it at 69lbs. Other then the sides needing more color, I think they smacked it out of the park.

I seen them when I was in Academy , it was pretty nice , and though about getting one later . I've got a tarpon 120 , and being in that for 4 or 5 hours can be hard on the back . Like to seat set up , and the fact you can stand on this one

dogyak.....I love my Tarpon 120 but she is leaking and I need to get her fixed..or replaced SOON.
Right now, and I feel like I am "cheating" on Mountain Mama aka Old Blue, the Perception Pescador Pro 120 has caught my eye!! it is slightly more wide and longer than our T-120 and their new seat is really nice...a removeable frame seat with 2 seat positions and with nylon webbing. Not really sold on the console since I do not use or want a FF/DF for fishing down here. Pretty good price at $829 for the 12 footer which holds 375# and weighs about the same as our Tarpons at 64#.

Might wait until I-Cast in June (?) to see what happens to the Tarpons but I need something soon!!

I'm going with the Pelican Premium Enforcer 12 foot. I like it, I can put stuff I need in the back and it has a mid-ship hatch. Plus some other features I like.

The catch 12 is nice from what I have seen. I like the enforcer as well. Yesterday I went on the site for Vibe Kayaks and checked out the 2016 Seaghost 130

That's a nice boat too. Looks like all the brands are stepping up the seating in these things. Makes me wish I waited another year to by a new one
