Does vista still have paint? I'm assuming it does. It's easy to resize in paint.

open the image in paint (or paste it into a blank painting if it's not saved on your computer)

Then go to the "Image" tab and select "Stretch/Skew"

A window will open and you want to stretch it horizontally and vertically...just change it from 100% to 75% or so.

Then make sure you get rid of the white border around the newly sized picture (if there is white around it)...just click and hold on the blue grips of the border, and move them over the edges of your picture.


It sounds like a lot....but it's really very simple.

I think the product I suggested can be used in Windows Explorer by right-clicking, just like the Image Resizer.
