 Post subject: updating profile?

I want to update my profile to add location and the like but the only options I see are avatar and password.

once you click on your profile in the 2nd section toweards the bottom you'll see location and signature that is where you'll put your info in

Are you clicking the profile link at the top of the page? That's the one you need. And you must be logged in.

The fields are not there because of mods I have made to reduce the spammers selling porn, drugs, etc. They send spam bots to register and they are trying to put links to their sites in signature, www, and other profile fields to boost their page rank. So these fields do not show up in your registration or profile until you have posted several times and proven yourself to be a real (and decent) human ;)
