After the Aquarium

Yesterday marked my first trip ever to the Georgia Aquarium. It was beyond my imagination and it was even better because I was able to see it with Lauren and her boys. They have all been several times so the boys were able to give “Pap” a personal tour.

All night last night “Pap” turned “OlCaptain” tossed and turned thinking about those monster fish. I knew Max and I would be back on the Dachshund’s Dock today so I asked Max ……” How can you follow an act like that?” The Ultimate Carp Hound did what he always does. He settled in and got comfy and then whispered in a language that only we know and said…….”OlCaptain, I thought you’d never ask…..”

Now folks, Crooked Creek don’t hold the first Beluga Whale but Max came through and I believe we did OK today!!!

In closing let me remind you of my favorite all time “Dizzy” Dean quote” “If you can do it, it ain’t braggin’. “

The whalesharks at the Georgia Aquarium really blew me away! That's a pretty darn big fish tank!

Your fish are quite nice as well, though! ;)

We have been to the one in Chattanooga and enjoyed them both. The Whale Sharks and Belugas stole the show for me as well!
