This one of my attempts at making a better Emmrod promo piece :? . If you hate the rods or even think the whole idea of them is just a bit weird don't watch it  . But your opinions would be welcome, lord knows I'm asking for it here :D . But you have been warned if Emmrods are not your cup of tea don't click the link, it's a promo piece pure and simple. Anyway here we go.

Interesting! Thanks for posting this! I'm thinking this type of rod would be perfect for me and the two boys in the fishing canoe. Even with attempting to keep things orderly with rod holders, standard fishing rods (six of them for the three of us) rapidly make a 14' three-seater canoe seem rather small. And it's not like they'd outgrow the rod as they get bigger or that I'd be stuck with a kiddie rod if/when they lose interest in a couple of years. I might have to look into these when our current freshwater gear eventually craps out fishing Guana Lake.

I hold the Emrod in high esteem. I have had rotator cuff surgery and it is tough to cast for me. I may try them again though for trolling and fishing live bait. It worked great and the cast distance was as good as a 6 1/2' rod. Reeling in fish was good also.
