Ok I used a standard milk crate with one plano mini dry box, 3 Plano guide boxes (blue), and 1 Plano guide yellow. It all fixes inside nice and clean. Also when I cut off a lure I throw it in my cooler and the melted ice (freshwater) washes it for me.

I have two Plano waterproof boxes that flip up when the hatch is opened. Also able to secure two larger Plano boxes under the seat.

That's a pretty cool feature. Why don't more manufacturers do that or at least make optional accessory inserts that can go in center hatches to hold tackle boxes?

You ought to take a look at the PA 12 as it has more new well thought out features than what I have seen on any kayak.

According to the savannah bass pro fly shop, chalkboard chalk(NOT sidewalk chalk!) is hygroscopic and will help keep your tackle from rusting. Buy a pack, and place chalk in each of your boxes. Still do the freshwater rinse and dry maintenance.

Can anyone attest to the validity of this?
