Between Orange Park and Green Cove. The mouth of the creek hits the St Johns River right there at the bridge under Roosevelt (Hwy 17). It runs all the way up through Middleburg though.

Black creek as always been prone to flooding. There are a lot of houses on stilts there. Nothing new to those folks I'm sure. Sure would suck to have to leave my house in this mess, I hope nobody got hurt. We've had a TON over rain over my way.
