That looks awesome. When you pedal does it make the kayak wobble? I would love to have one like it.

Hi 9ft,

I see you have a stake out pole that fits in a Native paddle holder. Do you mind sharing what type of SOP you're using? Thanks!

Thats a really cool kayak. I watched the youtube videos of Roger Bump in that kayak. Really cool. Its competitively price too. Did you order yours or is there a native watercraft dealer local? Not that I'm in the market....yet. :) Cool toy!

I just saw Strike Zone and Black Creek Outfitters are dealers... I didn't know that.

hey guys the SOP i have there is not a SOP per say it is a Push-pole that im using as a SOP, and it fits perfectly into the scuppers. it is extremly handy on the last 2 trips ive taken in it ive only packed the push pole, no paddle.
http://packpaddle.com/2008/carbon-fiber ... dle-combo/
its a 10' push pole, i havnt got to test it out yet due to my only trips have been sat and sun and both days where blowing 15-20 and standing in the yak in that was no issue, but in the same breath there was no point i couldn't see anything besides white caps.
I LOVE THIS YAK, 5 years ago when i sold all my yaks i had they where all Malibu X factors and they are great and stable yaks, but there is something about peddling into 20 MPH winds and having no issues with it, that makes this all that more enjoyable, and the hands free part..... more time with lines in the water, come on there is nothing better than having a fish on and not having to worry about drifting into the bank, or on to an oyster bed.
I also have to say to be a 100lbs boat it sure is quite, and putting your nose into oncoming waves or wind make ity seem like childs play i had 0 issues over the weekend getting where i wanted to get, and NEVER felt like i was gonna tip over at all. and im a 240lbs man and standing and controlling this boat was easy.
well there is my review i guess of the boat, i hope ive answered most of you guys questions about it. hopefully soon ill have some video to post. and if there are anymore questions about it let me know and ill answer as best as i can
Thanks Chris

the seat is comfy ,but i wish that is was about 3 inches taller in the back, after 4-5 hours you really start to feel that bar in the middle of your shoulders
