I so wish we had kayaks for this trip . Have been speaking to someone who wants to set a trip for 2013 that might be houseboat/kayak adventure but that is for another time. So once again it will be Lund Alaskans and 40HP Mercs. This year is coming fast and soon it will be time to go. Right now I have 20 Emmrod rigs and 16 reels locked and loaded. Here is one of the rigs that is going. An NLF 30 Qualia on an Emmrod Packrod handle with a Combat rod Universal tip. Fireline wil be the line of choice on this one. Casting distance is decent and up close hand to fin combat with big fish this wins hands down. More to come, I should be able to post while we are in country.
