The eagle run comes with the standard dash already built in... Did you have to cut it out (which seems painful to do to such a beautiful kayak) or do u just have a different model? I purchased the harmony konsole and the dry storage prevents it from fitting correctly.

I own the same kayak and absolutely love it. I am shopping for a console (I like yours) but as the previous poster stated, I am not sure that I want to cut out the standard console it came with.

Did your harmony konsole fit over top or did you have to cut it?
Where did you purchase the konsole?

Thanks

Hello rball0954. I recently purchased a F&S Eagle Run and am looking to rig it. I noticed that yours has a front "cockpit" unit with a hatch and hanging bag. Did that come with your yak or did you buy it separately? If you bought it separately, can you let me know where you purchased it? Thanks.

wow....been a while since ive been on here..sorry...I did have to cut out my old dash that was there, but it was small and not worth the space...i used a jigsaw and then melted and smoother the plastic. After that I used rivets to put it in place and it works wonderfully...

For everyone that is asking about my konsole....it is the harmony kayak konsole...

Why not take it out in the big pond? A spray skirt will keep you warm and dry. And I have yet to see an Eskimo use a sit on top kayak to hunt with. :thumbright:

Howdy

I have the same kayak and am interested in seeing any other adaptations. Has anyone added an achor trolley? Proper fitting off the rack spray skirt? The Konsole looks nice ... may get it for the warmer months.

Thanks
Chris :salute:

I have the same kayak. I got it from Craigslist for a steal. I added an anchor trolley. It is a removable one that I made with things in the garage. Just a few carbines and a bungee. I drilled a small hole up front to put the bungee through. total cost was like $1.20.
