Remember when your input was solicited regarding access, ranps, etc? Well the Non Motorized Boating Technical Advisory Group of FWC has built a presentation that addresses concerns from all the paddling groups that will go to all the agencies and municipalities state-wide to hopefully help make a difference in future access for paddlers.

You can view the presentation at http://www.jaxkayakfishing.com/access.pdf

Very interesting and this is by far my favorite (noodling it out to the Nth degree) design spec:

"• Slope Not to exceed 8.33% whenever possible" :)

KayakMike....Thanks for sharing that info, and most of it is right on!! Wonder if the bureaucrats will take the time to view it....certainly hope so!!

Wasn't that the Committee that you were chosen to participate with?? If so, great work, and I see lots of "KM indeas and opinions" in there!!

Wow, someone actually paid attention. That was a very nice presentation, chock full of good ideas and needs. Now we just need to see if the politicians are as smart.
