Only day to get out and it was a crazy one. Black clouds, 15mph winds, Rain, but did manage some reds! Fished a new spot today due to the fact I was able to ride the tides to my new area. Set up and waited for the tides to just get over the oyster bars so I could work them thoroughly. Ended up with 3 rats just under 18 and this pig. She was really fun on the 10lb outfit!

Sounds like you had a great day. WOW...what a beautiful red. Aren't you glad you went. It was very easy this weekend to just sit inside read a book or watch a movie then take a nap. :salute:

Hey Mike....Way to gut it out, and brave the elements!!

Two old sayings come to mind:
1- "Fish don't care if it is raining since they are already wet"

2- "Fish eat nearly everyday....but we do not know where or when"

Good job, and that 27"+ must have been fun on your light tackle!!

Looking good, that second one brings to mind a baseball phrase
"JUST A BIT OUTSIDE!!"
