Just got back from two fantastic days over at Crystal River. A wonderful gentleman from Lake City has been my host there a number of times and always puts me on the fish. Instead of the same old fishing shots here is the result. A fine meal of trout with mango salsa over yellow rice. The flavor was outstanding, his wife put this meal together in minutes with the skill of a professional chef, it was wonderful! :D You could not ask for better food or better company, what a great time. Oh yes, all of my fish came on Emmrods of course :) .

My wife saw this photo, and now I have to come up with some sea trout and salsa while we're in Florida next week. :shaking2:
