Just in case there are any go cart people on here, I couldn't help but notice all the new new improvements the city just completed at the public track including complete new asphalt overlay. Looks great! Must be a big race tournament coming up.

That track has not hosted a national in years. Only local events and an regional event 1-2 times a year. At the local races there are only about 30-40 entrants. It is interesting how they were funded to repave when we are closing fire departments, libraries and schools.

It did host something really big soon after they repaving and renovations. Lasted 1 week and I don't think you could have fit another camper or vehicle in the gate. If that was not a national event, they would need a bigger venue.
