Finally caught a legal Sheepshead. First keeper Sheep this year. Thanks to a nice guy I met today named Jacob/fishyak for sharing his spot with me. I've been catching small Sheeps in the creeks, but it's been a long time since I've caught a keeper. Awesome weather and conditions. Spring is here, but so are the stingrays and no-seeums!

Hey nice fish Jim. I did not get a good look at him the other day. I went out this morning and fished till about 3. No keepers but did catch 6 small trout. Hope to see you out there again.

6 trout... that's a good sign! Thanks again for putting me on that spot. I'm working my way back down the coast from my Heckscher fishing spots and should be back at Pellicer in few weeks. I'll give you a shout.
