I am NOT certain where you can pick on up locally, but my BEST GUESS is Strike Zone!!
Check the link below to their website and give them a call before driving over....

Also....They are having a BIG SIDEWALK SALE right now!! March 12, 13, and 14th with up to 40% OFF on some items that are already marked down 50-75%!!!!
Good reason to drive over if they have the 321.com measuring device!!

FYI: I ordered two 321fish ruler "stickers" online and received them in about two days. Now that's quick service.
