Yankeetown Red

I had one person take up the invitation to fish Yankeetown Sunday for Skinny Water Red Fishing. :shock:

Bryan met at my house at 8:30 AM and we were off to catch some Reds.
The water ws beautiful and for a change there was no wind.

By 1:00 PM the wind picked up and by 2:00 it was blowing over 20 knots. :eek:

The wind continued so we had to cut the fishing short.

We did manage to find an oyster bar in the skinny water before the wind hit and Bryan hooked up with a beautiful 27" Red.

I must admit that I got skunked but to see him catch that fish the trip was well worth it. :cheers:

Nice looking red. Hopefully a grill is in it's very near future.
