4 fillets of Trout
one lemon peeled and crushed
1 tbs of unsalted butter
pinch of salt
pepper

Heat butter and crushed lemon in an iron skillet
Place the fillets on top of lemon and butter
Sprinkle pepper on fillets (do not turn and do not cover)
Cook until the fillets are flaky

Serve with Corn and Applesauce.
