My brother and I hit Oak Harbor this morning around 8am because of the promise of nice weather. It was beautiful out there. Just enough breeze to keep the bugs at bay, sunshine out, and water warming up. The bite was super slow though. We had nothing all day at multiple spots, except right at the turn of the tide, BAM! we each had a redfish on (both with mud minnows). Mine was just over 18 inches and his was 16. No bites for after that and we left at 12. I've got to get a camera to take with us. Good day though!
