I got out both of the last 2 days with wildly different results.

Monday at White Shell with Beer Robbie was AWFUL. We threw live shrimp, mud minnows, soft plastics, hard plastics, Gulp, didn't matter - 1 dink trout for the both of us and no ther lost bait or bites whatsoever. Weather was beautiful all morning. Very surprised after the milder temps this weekend. We went to Chicopit and did catch a couple of reds.

Today went out in Clapboard and got some nice black drum, couple of good reds, couple of rat reds, but not much of a trout bite. Got a couple of dinks, best was 15". Weather was fabulous - 60 degrees at 6am and ran up to almost 70!

Sounds like fun, Mike. Surprised you didn't hammer the trout in a little deeper water around the rocks.

Mike, good to run into you and DOA Rob yesterday. Caught half a dozen rat reds and half a dozen undersized black drum along the stretch with a 19" black drum and a nice 24" red to finish off the day. On days as beautiful as yesterday is feels like catching fish is just a bonus. Anyway, thanks for the tips and as always I was discreet. Look forward to seeing you out again.
