Fished some creeks of the intracoastal near 206 today. Wind was kicking so i stayed in the back behind the mud and reeves. Came up on one school of reds, caught one and lost one on the trusty live shrimp jighead combo. That was all the action i got for the next couple hours, but you cant complain if your taking something home for lunch!

Nice red! I haven't fished 206 in a few weeks. Saw lots of dead fish during those sub 30 degree temps. Good to hear things are improving.

Nice Red. The mud on your shirt is proof of a good day.

Yes it is, even if it was from loading it up at the end :thumbleft:

I have fished the area about 6 times since i got back from the keys 2 weeks ago and this is the first thing ive caught even worth mentioning. The water is just so cold there isnt much action, but today it got up to 70 degrees so i couldnt wait another minute to get out there.
