I've made this about 3 billion times, changing it a bit each time, but this seems to work the best for me:
1-2# Fresh shrimp
1/3 cup Italian dressing
3 Tbsp Teriyaki sauce
1 Tbsn Soy sauce
2 Tbsn Extra Virgin Olive oil
Pinch of salt/pepper
Pinch of garlic powder
Juice from 1 lemon, or about 2 squirts out of the bottle stuff.
Mix all the liquids up in a bowl, turn stove on to Med. Dump all of it into a wok, or similar high sided skillet. When the "marinade" starts to bubble slightly, add the shrimp a little at a time, stirring it each time you add some. Keep stirring and flipping the shrimp in the sauce for 5-7 minutes. They should be done by now, strain 'em in the sink, and serve 'em over some rice or with some veggies. Can't beat it.
