Hey guys only a few days and a wake up call left. This is the opening up of the yak tourney season. I know a lot of you been tuning up with the 321's and are ready to go. Just remember over on that coast the water is clear and the fish are hungreeeee!! Just a couple more things there are no flounder over there either!! Oh yeah and another thing don't paddle too close too the bushes over there, the gators are Thick in some areas and HUGE!! Just think spoons, weedless plastics, and topwater and you'll have an awesome time. The grass is just starting to get thick on the bottom in some areas so the weedless thing might come in handy. The no see ums are hungry right now as well!! Look forward to hanging out and chatting at the tourney!!

I am looking forward to see everyone over there. Thanks for the advise Chappy. Guess you are telling me to leave the Gulp shrimp at home  :D :D

Now if I can get my "travel agent" (JR & Mudcat) to tell me what day we are leaving and what time, guess everything will be in order :D

Like Chappy said, the water is clear and the fish are hungry over here. This is right around the time of year that the flatties move in, so there should be a bunch caught as the week goes on. It's gonna be a bit breezy for a good part of the week, so plan accordingly(drift socks) if fishing on the flats. I'll see you guys over here.

Cameron has been tearing up the reds this weekend. I laid off fishing this weekend. But I'll be out Wednesday through the end of the week.
