Last sunday night the food network show Iron Chef America was Battle Redfish.
They had some really interesting Redfish dishes. I was getting hungry for that fine fish friend just watching it.
I think it comes on a few more times this week, check your programming guide or perhaps you can find it on the web under "food network".
just a thought!
