double secret probabtion "NO" Im just gettin started on this site. I cant start off on the wrong foot. Sorry guys. I just wanted to know someone liked fried trout as much as i do. Recipe as follows
Skin fillets and sprinkle salt and pepper on each side
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon of flour
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest (i use a few drops of lemon juice)
good pinch of cayenne pepper(more if u like spicy flavor)
1/4 cup water
1/2 to 2/3 cup of you favorite beer
1 extra large egg or egg beaters
whisk all of the above in a bowl and dip fillets in before frying in pan with vegatable oil for about 3 min on each side.

Im comin to Jax sometime soon JYJ and im gonna take ya up on that fishing trip. Im slayin em' in the yak here in Tallahassee but i have a couple tounaments coming up and i need to find some flounder spots in Jax.
