Just wondering how you all justify cast netting more bait than you can use and having some die durring the day. How about the ones that get gilled by the net and die. The un ID's fish is likely a Plecostomous, FWC would be glad to be rid if it since it's non native. He already said he'd be eating the puffer. There has been no reason given for the over the limit trout, but if he was checked three times by FWC and again on shore, perhaps there's an explanation. Perhaps he's guilty on that one, but you really don't know.
