Me and my dad launched at the pier about 7:30 about 1 hour after the incoming started. The bite started out slow but we eventually got into a school of trout we caught about 15 about 10-13 inches and we had a visitor watching us a eagle sitting on the shell bed enjoying the show. I left my dad at the south twin sisters creek because I had to head back to the pier to sell my old yak. I fished the bank at high tide on the way back to my dad and I got into a school of BIG trout from there it got better. I lost 4 landed 7 over 18 inches and a few more nice keepers. Then we headed back down to the south twin sisters creek where I landed 2 monsters and couple more big trout. I caught around 20 trout and 2 reds my dad caught about 15 or so trout. All fish were caught on STARKE NAKED DOA.

SAND GNATS WERE OUT AGAIN!!!!!!

Sorry poor quality.

Hey Jamie!!! Congrats to you and you Dad on the NICE MESS OF FISH!!!

Loved that last picture of you holding FOUR at one time....LOL!!!

I gotta tell you that your area of SE GA is the "Sand Gnat Capitol of the Universe".....I played in a golf benefit for S.E. GA Reg. Med. Hospital in Brunswick once and they were SO BAD that I walked off the course on #15...I just could not stand it anymore!!
Now I carry 100% DEET!!!.....and it "kinda" helps up there...LOL!!

That is a GREAT day that you and Dad had together....Congrats!!!

PS: Is the Stark Naked DOA a pale green?? Just looked them up....color code #420???
