went to east chicopit bay today. didn't catch anything but broke off 3 good fish. only saw 1 of them, it was a keeper red. i suspect the other 2 were either reds or flounders. was using finger mullet. 1 fish broke off 20 pound leader on a fish finder rig. the other 2 were on free lined 10 pound mono. was fishing a nice grass flat with a big pothole and lots of oysters out in the middle of the bay that i have caught alot of good fish over the years. can't wait to get back out there again. been wanting to take the yak to dunns creek right there off heckscher drive. you can put in right next to a bridge separating from the river and your instantly in the water. theres a big cove right there that looks real good for a yak. if anybody's fished this spot alot or would like to fish with me get back to me. don't have any friends with kayaks and it can get kinda boring out there by yourself all the time. lots of nice reds and flounder around now.

as soon as i get one we should meet up.
Dont know anyone that is into yak fishing either.

Don't worry about the price of the kayak, some people fish with inner tubes. as long as it floats; your on the water... You got to hook them to cook them...
