matouk's west indian products are excellent for fish and also chicken dishes, it's hard to find locally, but can be mail ordered on the internet, very common in miami/south florida area's with a large caribbean population, if some has had these sauces and knows a local jax stores that stocks them please let me know

their hot sauces are made from scotch bonnet peppers, not for the faint of pallet, but are legit traditional westindian condiments, not just excessively hot novety sauces

calpyso sauce has a mango base, or soca sauce a mustard base, and the flambeau sauce is straight pepper, the latter, i recomend only for seasoned hot sauce fans

the sauces are spicy/hot , but once a taste is aquired can be an excellent kick of carribean flavor for your next dish

because full they are addicting, i eat matouks on almost anything, 2 or 3 meals a day

soon the mango kuchela will be available, which is also awesome with fish

Very good stuff, I have a bottle in my fridge now. You can find it at just about any small Jamaican/Carribean grocery store. They have it here in Palm Coast Fl and Bunnell Fl
