Met JAXFL at the lighthouse in St Augustine. We caught lots of catfish, a pompano, a whiting and sting ray. It was a tough day. The stingray and pompano were firsts for me.

Being relatively new and not knowing any closer launches that what i have been to, i went to Kayak Amelia and launched there. I caught nothing but bug bites. Had a few decent hits. I really need to get out more and explore more launches.

Any one launch from there today? When I got there around 9am, there were police and an ambulance.. I was told to launch from somewhere else.

As far as Item #1 - I drive a 3dr Yaris hatchback and my kayak weighs 36lbs (empty)...i put it in the car.
