Yea, it was just the part it having to be displayed versus voluntary.

This is news to me then. A few years ago they were doing some kind of safety survey and maybe handed out decals. I didn't think too much of it then.

It will be interesting to see if others had a similar experience.

For spinning setups I would stick to medium and medium light rods and 2500 size reels. I like 7' minimum. A few weeks ago it appeared to be up pretty high. I launched from the damn and had trouble staking out (6' SOP) on the West Bank along a point I swear a few weeks before that I had no trouble with.
