Swimming in Jax area
Hey guy,
Could you please suggest any nice spot to swim in the Jax area? All beached are closed now. All pools are closed. There are gators in fresh water lakes. Any suggestion around ICW with slow current? Thanks.

My catch was eaten by a shark!
I went out offshore last Monday and got a bite. After 20 minutes of fight I realize why the fight was so hard.

Re: Surf Fishing Info Requested
If you feel comfortable going through a strong current and choppy water, you can launch your kayak at Vilano boat ramp and paddle/pedal to north or south end of St. Augustine inlet. There are no swimmer, guaranteed! lol That is why I like kayak fishing. You can go there on outgoing tide and return b...

Re: Going freshwater. Largemouth, Clownknife and peacock.
Ida lake, use live bait and plugs. Both work well. However, I would use live bait if you want to catch clown knife as well. If you want to catch just peacock, you can fish any channel, they are everywhere there. I often fish in new area, so I usually come to a local bait shop and ask what is going o...

Re: Sailfish from a kayak
Great job, and great video! If you ever need some company, myself and another friend would love to join! Sure, I always like a company. I am going again in the beginning of April there, if the weather cooperates. The weather is the most significant factor. I am not sure if somebody has tried fishin...
