Re: New to the Crew!!
That's awesome,
Welcome to the boards. You mentioning the Flynt river brings back memories......I did a 50 mile canoe trip down it with the boy scouts some......umm....20+ years ago. Had a blast......would have been more fun in a SOT kayak, but they weren't really around then.

Re: Slimed the new slayer
Demo ALL OF THEM!! :D Without a doubt try them all out you may find little things that fit your style of fishing more than others. Me personally it was between the Jackson cuda and the slayer. My deciding factor was the open front for storage, it's a perfect spot for my cooler. Well, for one, I got...

Re: Pro Angler peddling backwards
Hey Ring.......visit a thrift store or 2 and look for a paddle ball paddle. Basically an over sized ping pong paddle and they work pretty good. Only issue you may have with it (prob the same with assault paddle) is reaching the water with it from your seat. I use 1 in my Pescador, but have not found...

I like stupid people......they keep me employed.......Fire/EMS. If most people had a lick of common sense......i'd be bored outta my mind 10 days a month.

Re: Manatee! all OVER Browns
Just incase anyone is unable to differentiate "real" and "not real"...... I've never been to Brazil. I don't know the population or protection status of manatees in Brazil. ...... and most certainly don't know their table fare. My aunt and uncle used to own/run a shrimp boat out of NSB and she alwa...
