Re: common courtesy in the flooded grass
I move on if I see someone else already there. Seems to be enough grass for everyone. I guess I've been lucky. The only ones pissing me off are the airboat guys.

Re: Quick GA Trip
Been busy with work so I'm just checking back. No offense taken. To be honest I don't think I was really at a "fish farm" per se. There are both native and stocked fish all over GA and NC (and I'm sure all over period). As it was described to me, a lot of the people that own the sections treat the f...

Re: its that time of year
I don't get out to fish much anymore but I'll try to lend a hand on 7/10. Sundays are the only days we can do upgrades at work, though. The 26th is out for that reason. Have to see if anything is scheduled for July yet.

Re: Guana WMA clean up
Thanks for your work. As someone heavily involved in the maintenance of hiking trails I know it's often a thankless job. We just take for granted that the areas we like are naturally pristine.

Re: Quick GA Trip
Wow, I need to do some fresh water fishing up north. Great fish, did you need any help with that Bass, looks like it likely was a quite a skirmish to get him in. He was a little fighter for sure. Never caught one before but I'd be happy to do so again. Nice fish! Private water? I endorse the...

Quick GA Trip
I don't get out to fish much but I took advantage of a trip to Charlotte for a conference. Once the conference wrapped up I headed west to Helen, GA where I'd booked a half-day guided trip with Unicoi Outfitters. I had a great guide and a great time. Hearing Dr. Aaron Adams from the Bonefish & Tarpon Trust talk about it was depressing.

Re: Drone Videos (Simpson's Creek & Nassau Sound)
FYI they're not waterproof.
My boss was flying his (same model) from the hotel balcony. I forget the details but somehow it went wrong and he panicked. Instead of returning it to home it just dropped into the ocean while he watched.

Re: Shipping A Broken Rod Back to the Manufacturer
I can't see how breaking it further to fit in a container would make things better. I'm hard on rods and have sent three back. They want the entire rod, not just the broken section. I can't imagine UPS charging $60 though. I think I paid $20 at the end of the year. The only reason I paid that much i...

Stress Relief
I haven't been able to get on the water much due to work sucking the life out of me. However, after wrapping up from today's production issues I did manage to let loose and have some fun. I also found my next car. I got 3 laps behind the wheel of a Ferrari F430 for Christmas and today it came to pas...
