Not knocking the Solo Skiff, I like it, but that's a hell of a disclaimer and a lot of hype for shin high surf! Show me some video of it in something more than a foot.

I found some insulated food bags at Sam's and Wal-Mart that work great and we're about $7 each. I use those for fish in my front hatch and my food and drinks stay cold in my Polar Bear in the back of the kayak. Keep the waterborne bacteria and pathogens away from your food and drink, yo!

I've got a Yeti Tumbler and a RTIC Tumbler, did a side by side comparison and the RTIC holds ice longer. Haven't tried either cooler yet. The videos Ive seen on youtube show the RTIC coolers holding ice longer.

They found the kayak and have changed the operation to a recovery effort now. It was way too windy here this weekend to try paddling out to the lighthouse! Such a shame!

If they are sliced clean its probably Bluefish or Spanish.
