Directions: This area of the ICW is south of SR 312 and can be accessed via roads off US-1 or A1A.
Description: Moultrie Creek, East Creek, San Julian Creek, and other finger creeks in this portion of the ICW offer good fishing for reds, trout, and flounder. You will find numerous sandbars, flats, and oyster beds.
Difficulty: Easy.
Closest Bait&Tackle Shop: Avid Angler or Coastal Outdoor Center.
Launches: There are several launches for kayak fishing.
- L1 – The St. John’s Country Doug Crane Ramp is on the west side of the ICW off Shore Dr. offers ample parking and facilities.
- L2 – The St. John’s County Moutrie Creek Ramp is further to the south off Shore Dr inside St. Augustine Shores on the west side of the ICW.
- L3 – The Ocean Grove Camping Resort has a private ramp on the east side of the ICW in San Julian Creek.
