Rich Santos of First Coast Fly Fishing Unlimited on the Spartina grass flats of Jacksonville Florida during the high water flood tide which occurs around the new and full moon phases in the summer and early fall season. It demonstrates how kayak fishing is the best way to cover these flat and find and catch tailing Redfish, Sheepshead and the occasional Black Drum.
